To process a return: Simply send back the unused parts to our address, shown below. Please include a copy of your invoice as well. The parts must be unused, in original packaging, and in new, salable condition. For your protection, we recommend that you use insure your return and record the tracking number for your reference. A credit will be issued when we have received the part and verified that its condition is acceptable. If you receive a wrong part due to an error or mistake on our end, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order mistake is the customer's, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.
No refunds after 30 days. All return parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. If your order did NOT include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered. There’s a 15% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still returnable. There are no returns on airbags, electrical, fuel, previously installed, or special ordered parts, as we cannot restock these items.
